Cost
Sessions can be paid by cash, PayPal or card.
An adult session usually lasts about an hour and is priced at £60 per session.
A child session is between 45 minutes and an hour and is £50 per session.

Confidentiality.
The contents of the sessions are confidential and I never share your information with anyone. I make brief notes during and after each session that help me monitor and plan my work. These records are securely stored in a locked filing cabinet in my office and will be destroyed after 7 years. I work in line with the ICO Information Commissioners Office guidance. The possible exceptions to this non-sharing code are: -If I think you are at risk of giving or receiving serious harm from self or others
-If I am required to do so by a UK court of law
Supervision.
As part of my professional practice, I have regular individual supervision. Supervision is a process of reviewing the work I do with another NLP practitioner to help ensure that I am working to the best interests of my clients. Client anonymity is kept, so you will not be identified but some of the work we do together may be discussed.
Cancellation.
We all have busy lives and I completely understand that sometimes sessions need to be re-arranged. However, this is my livelihood and if I do not have enough notice, I will need to charge for missed sessions.If you need to cancel a session and you have given me:
More than 48 hours notice, I am happy to arrange another appointment at a mutually agreeable time with no charge
24 hours to 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the session charge
Less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for a full session
If you miss a session, you will be charged for that session and will be required to pay in advance for subsequent sessions
I have a cancellation list, so if I manage to fill your appointment slot I will not charge you the cancellation fee.
If I need to cancel your session because of illness, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer you alternative times.
Lateness.
If you are late attending the session and you have not let me know in advance, I will stay online for 15 minutes to allow for any eventualities. If you do not contact me in this time then the session will be considered missed and charged accordingly. All sessions will finish an hour after the arranged appointment start time and you will be charged full price.
Online Working.
All online sessions are held over Zoom or Skype. If technical difficulties are experienced, for example computer or internet breakdown, we will contact each other via text (SMS) message so that an alternative time can be booked to finish the remainder of the session.
