We often feel like we need a holiday. Life is busy. We are so focused on juggling the demands of work, family and friends that it is easy to forget about ourselves. We become ground down. Not only is ‘time out’ crucial for our well-being, if we don’t look after ourselves, we are not able to look after others properly. Unfortunately, most of us are not able to have as many holidays as we would like, or as we need!

In a comfortable and relaxed environment, I will gently take you on a wonderful journey in your imagination, deeply relaxing you through hypnosis. The blissful hour is focused entirely on you; what you want and what you need. You will go on your dream holiday simply by listening to what I am saying and letting yourself melt into the journey. Even though it only takes up an hour of your time, you really do feel as if you have just had the most amazing holiday of your life. You are calm, relaxed, refreshed, confident and rejuvenated; re-charged batteries means you leave energised and ready to continue with your day.
